Becky & Sarah at SeaVista - What an amazing team!  There was a deal my client was the Buyer who needed some financing with special circumstances.  They really pulled out all of the stops and made sure the exact steps that the Buyer needed to do was done to make sure this deal happened and effortlessly - its not easy as a professional in this business to get a Buyer or a Seller to do what we need (or they Need) to do to properly get a loan through to a funding table.  (like not buying a car or opening a credit card before closing).  But these ladies came in with their pink jackets on and MADE IT HAPPEN. Incredible experience. After reviewing multiple companies we elected to go with Sea Vista. Our friends referred us and we could not have had a better experience and advocate. I have worked with Becky for well over 8 years now.  She is by far one of the best in her industry.  She works tirelessly to get her clients the best and really cares about saving them money.  She helps them repair credit if necessary.  She has saved many deals for me where I was the listing agent and the buyers lender failed to get them approved because they didn't do the work upfront that she does.  She will get the job done!
