  Becky & Sarah at SeaVista - What an amazing team!  There was a deal my client was the Buyer who needed some financing with special circumstances.  They really pulled out all of the stops and made sure the exact steps that the Buyer needed to do was done to make sure this deal happened and effortlessly - its not easy as a professional in this business to get a Buyer or a Seller to do what we need (or they Need) to do to properly get a loan through to a funding table.  (like not buying a car or opening a credit card before closing).  But these ladies came in with their pink jackets on and MADE IT HAPPEN.
