Greg is absolutely incredible. We've been working with him for over a year running numbers on homes, seeing what we could afford, and he never put pressure on us, we always knew he was looking out for our best interest and telling the truth. When it came time to actually purchase he was ready and got us the best rate available by re-running our credit and a few other things and go a clear to close in record time of 7 business days because we were running close to the end of our lease. Becky & Sarah at SeaVista - What an amazing team!  There was a deal my client was the Buyer who needed some financing with special circumstances.  They really pulled out all of the stops and made sure the exact steps that the Buyer needed to do was done to make sure this deal happened and effortlessly - its not easy as a professional in this business to get a Buyer or a Seller to do what we need (or they Need) to do to properly get a loan through to a funding table.  (like not buying a car or opening a credit card before closing).  But these ladies came in with their pink jackets on and MADE IT HAPPEN.  Definitely getting more referrals knowing they handled business like Boss Ladies!
