They really pulled out all of the stops and made sure the exact steps that the Buyer needed to do was done to make sure this deal happened and effortlessly - its not easy as a professional in this business to get a Buyer or a Seller to do what we need (or they Need) to do to properly get a loan through to a funding table. (like not buying a car or opening a credit card before closing). But these ladies came in with their pink jackets on and MADE IT HAPPEN.
